Product Scope – Renewable Energy Transformers:

  • Hermetically sealed oil- or dry-type (cast resin) distribution/power transformers for solar power plants.
  • Turbine-in/tower-base transformers and step-up power transformers for wind power plants.
  • PCS-compatible transformers for BESS/energy storage, resistant to high dynamic loads.
  • Kiosk/container transformer stations with LV/MV integration for hybrid power plants (RMU + Transformer + LV panel).
  • Low-loss, low-noise EcoDesign-compatible transformer series.

Technical Specifications and Options:

  • Standards: IEC 60076 series, IEC 60076-11 (dry type), EcoDesign/EU efficiency requirements
  • Power range: 100 kVA – 20 MVA (higher powers possible on a project basis)
  • Voltage levels: 0.4–0.8 kV LV, 6–36 kV MV typical; adapt to country-specific MV levels
  • Cooling: ONAN/ONAF, hermetically sealed oil; dry type resin class F/H
  • Oil options: Mineral, natural ester (FR3) – for environmental and fire safety
  • Connection groups: Dyn11, YNd1, YNyn0, etc. depending on the inverter/turbine topology
  • Losses and noise: Low no-load/load losses; low-noise design for 50–60 Hz

Hermetic Type Distribution
Transformers

Long Insulation Life:The transparent insulation oil of the atmosphere does not come into contact with oxygen and insulation deterioration is prevented without oxidation. This extends the insulation life and general service life of the transformer.
Low Maintenance Requirement:No regular maintenance is required other than cleaning under normal conditions and use.
Dimension Advantage:The expansion tank is dimensionally stopped. The transformer, which is the solution to the problem, provides the advantage

Slide 2
Distribution Transformers with Expansion Tanks

Long Insulation Life:Since it is closed to the atmosphere, the insulation oil does not come into contact with oxygen and insulation deterioration caused by oxidation is prevented. This extends the insulation life of the transformer and therefore its service life.

Low Maintenance Requirement:It does not require periodic maintenance other than cleaning under normal conditions and use.

Dimension Advantage:Since there is no expansion tank, the height is reduced in terms of dimensions. This provides an advantage in transformer centers with height problems

Power
Transformers

It is usually designed with an expansion tank. As a cooling element, radiator groups that can be easily installed and removed are preferred. Depending on the characteristics and importance of the place of use, it is common to equip them with more protection equipment than distribution transformers.
